Satisfaction study: 96% of registrars stated that they would recommend .PT

.PT carried out a study to evaluate the satisfaction of its customers and partners and the opinion was unanimous regarding the recommendation of .PT: 96% of registrars and 93% of customers would recommend .PT. The results also show an overall satisfaction with .PT of 8.6 (scale of 1 to 10).

The opinion of customers and partners plays a fundamental role for .PT, in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, with important improvements having been implemented in response to the suggestions of the 2022 satisfaction study, of which we highlight:

•Launch of a new online Chat;

•Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA);

•Implementation of a ML/AI (Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence) system for automatic evaluation of domains and entities;

•Implementation of the online ownership transfer functionality; 

•Publication of informative content in the reserved area; 

•Newsletter in English.
