.PT signs Alliance Commitment to Equality in ICT

.PT signed the Alliance Commitment for Equality in ICT at the 1st Alliance for Equality in ICT Meeting, which took place yesterday at the Portuguese Electricity Museum. The Alliance aims to formalize the network of partnerships for the "Engenheiras por Um Dia” program, with a view to the promotion of women's digital inclusion and participation in engineering and technology, consolidating forms of cooperation with partner entities.

During the event, .PT also participated in the panel "Digital equality: training".

The meeting was attended by the Minister of State for the Presidency, Mariana Vieira da Silva, and intended to strengthen and consolidate the network of partnerships of the "Engenheiras por Um Dia” program, through the sharing of good practices and reflection on the participation of girls and women in ICT.
