.pt renewed its ISO 27001

.pt has successfully renewed its ISO 27001/information security. We are happy to share that this is an important accomplishment for our ccTLD as it contributes to demonstrate that we’re following international information security best practices.

ISO 27001 is an international standard published by the International Standardization Organization (ISO) and describes how to manage information security in an organization. The latest version of this standard was published in 2013 and would be called ISO/IEC 27001: 2013.
