.PT played an active role in the 35th Digital Business Congress

.PT took part in the 35th Digital Business Congress, organized by APDC - Portuguese Association for the Development of Communications, which took place this week in Lisbon.

On the second day, we joined the panel "Reinventing the Digital State: progress and challenges in Portugal’s reform”, featuring Paulo Magro da Luz, Secretary of State for Simplification, as keynote speaker, alongside Luisa Ribeiro Lopes from .PT, Manuel Dias from ARTE and Bruno Tavares from Devoteam. 

We also recorded a live talk on the importance of having a strong brand and a digital presence under .pt, featuring our guest Marco Gouveia, digital marketing consultant and trainer. The conversation will be made available after the event as part of a podcast and videocast series.

At just 17 years old, Lua Afonso was selected to represent Europe in the global final of the International Space Settlement Design Competition, a worldwide competition associated with NASA. To help make this dream possible, .PT and other partner organizations of the Women Shaping Tech award took to the stage at the Digital Business Congress to present her with a support. This moment reflects the purpose of the initiative: transforming corporate commitment into real opportunities for female talent in STEM fields.

We also took part in Future Voices, a space created for young professionals up to the age of 35 who want to be where the future of Europe’s digital landscape is being discussed.
