.PT adds extra protection for .pt domains with Registry Lock Service

.PT has just renewed its additional security protection service for .pt domain names Registry Lock Service, simplifying the form of subscription, which is now totally online, and updating the price.  

One of the services it offers, in the scope of domain security, is Registry Lock, a premium service through which an additional security protection is guaranteed to the data associated with the domain, avoiding unauthorized changes, transfers or removals. 

Registry Lock Service has been gaining particular relevance, mainly due to the most recent attacks that have been made public, such as, for example, on the Impresa Group.

This service will have, as of today, a monthly cost of only 0.75 euros/month (9 euros/year), and will be valid between the subscription date and the validity date of the respective domain name.
