.PT and NIC.br Sign Collaboration Protocol

.PT and the Brazilian Network Information Center – NIC.br signed today a Collaboration Protocol that formalizes years of cooperation between the two entities responsible for the ccTLDs of Portugal and Brazil.

The agreement strengthens joint work in key areas for the stability and security of the digital ecosystem: sharing technical knowledge, incident mitigation, interoperability and automation in domain management, strengthening DNS infrastructure, research projects, specialized training, and initiatives to promote the presence of the Portuguese language on the Internet.

This partnership consolidates the historical collaboration between .PT and NIC.br, present in international forums, in LusNIC, and in the Lusophone Internet Governance Forum, ensuring continuity and greater responsiveness to common Internet challenges.
