ICANN and Internet Society visit to .PT

.PT hosted at Barra Barra the President of ICANN, Kurt Erik "Kurtis” Lindqvist, the President of the Internet Society (ISOC), Sally Wentworth, ICANN’s Senior Vice President of Global Communications, Sally Newell Cohen, and ICANN’s Senior Vice President of Global Domains and Strategy, Theresa Swinehart.

Throughout the visit, discussions focused on topics such as international cooperation, digital trust, and the role of top-level domain registries in fostering a more secure, open, and inclusive Internet.

The meeting also brought together several .PT partners, in a setting marked by dialogue and knowledge sharing, reinforcing the importance of collaboration among organisations within the global Internet ecosystem.
