92% of customers and 95% of registrars recommend .PT

.PT has conducted a satisfaction survey, between 6 December 2021 and 5 January 2022, to evaluate the satisfaction of its customers and partners. The survey was answered by 417 entities, mostly national, of which: 64 registrars and 353 customers.

The results show that 92% of customers and 95% of registrars would recommend the .PT service to others. They also show a satisfaction index of 8.1 (scale of 1 to 10) in the support given when contacting .PT.
